5. Ordering, Payment, Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed via the Site will be processed per our order confirmation.
Payment for products/services must be made in full as specified at checkout before production begins.
Estimated delivery times (production time + shipping) will be indicated at checkout.
Once you place an order and submit your print files, you are responsible for ensuring the files are correct — including resolution, colour, size, alignment, bleed, and other specifications.
